Hi, I am architect dedicate to design and visualization, I could create architecture plans for 250$, plumbing plans for 250$ done by an hydraulic civil engineer, and electricity plans for another 250$ also done by qualified electrical engineer. But first, the architecture plans need to be done and must be definite plan, since the engineers will do the calculations and design based on the architecture plans. I estimate 15 days to achieve the final architecture plans, if modifications or changes take longer my fee will be increase.
