I am a project Manager and have a client that needs an estimation for a small 2 bedroom unit. I need materials and labour and any related costs. The construction for the foundations is not yet determined so only an estimate for the unit itself is needed. This unit is to be constructed in Brisbane Australia. Attached is a simple plan provided from the client. Other details are below: UNIT IS 9 X 6M 2 BEDROOMS 3 X 3M FLOORING IS YELLOW TOUNGE PARTICLE BOARD EXTERNAL FRAMES AND TRUSSES (ROOFING) ARE STEEL. WINDOWS ARE 900 X 1200 AS PER PLAN. INTERNAL WALLS ARE TIMBER. CLADDING IS 6MM FIBRE CEMENT SHEETING. INTERNAL LINING WILL BE 10MM PLASTER BOARD. CABINET AND BENCH TOPS ARE LAMINATE. ELECTRIC STOVE AND HOT WATER SYSTEM. BATHROOM AND KITCHEN TILED. ROOMS AND LIVING REAS CARPET ROOFING IS CORRUGATED IRON.
