Need to do a site design/site layout based off some rough hand sketches. Take existing AutoCAD file (survey with topo), draw up & layout out building on to the site with included parking and driveways, etc. Everything must be in FEET & INCHES, NO metric. Also need to be able to take an existing PDF file and overlay it on to the AutoCAD file. The PDF contains some valuable information that needs to be shown in AutoCAD, the PDF will need to be scaled appropriately so that the property lines match up. We have already done several projects similar to this, so we really have a very good idea of what we want. Please feel free to ask questions. This is a very simple project if you know what you are doing. This is as much a Civil Engineering task as it is an Architectural task because it has both components, Building creation and Civil site plan work.
