Convert wood frame house plans to metal

I am looking for a skilled freelancer who can convert my wood frame house plans to a metal frame. This will be a business for providing structural metal building components and kit designed homes. Therefore, I will purchase intellectual property rights through FreeLancer. I will start manufacturing components that will be able to complete kit frame duplexes and a couple of house plans that will be built with walk out basements. The house plans will range from a 3 bedroom 2 bath duplex. The house plans are large, with over 2,000 square feet of space. The factory is located in India and will be producing building components for future home owners to use throughout the United States. Therefore, they have to pass Building Codes in the United States. A full list of parts and materials kit plan duplexes with description for each part must be provided - all parts must be labeled with identification in the drawing. (Example....wall studs for first floor ...1WS) as this will be a kit design and it is an absolute that no part of the frame can be over 37 feet since they will be shipped from India factory in 40 foot containers. I may also include frame part assembly instructions. I am open to design suggestions and would like the freelancer to incorporate specific design elements into the metal frame. The freelancer would need to be able to work off of pdf sketch concept plans. The timeline for this project is moderate, ranging from 1-3 months. Lastly, I am looking for a long term business relationship. Whoever, is chosen will be working with our team and possibly have contact with the factory in India or our factory agent. We want to also know that the building component products are of highest quality.
