ASP script for banning IP addresses

I require a ASP simple script that connects to a Microsoft Access database that: (1) identifies the IP address of the browser client making a request; (2) checks this IP address against an MDB database; and (3) lets me know if it appears in the database. I need to 'ban' people from a particular website either by (a) a specific IP address or (b) C-Class range. I have already have a sample script and MDB but am having trouble getting it to work. This is a small project and a quick (<24 hour) turnaround time is required. Only bid if you can meet this timeframe. Deliverables: 1) Complete and fully-functional ASP scripts and MDB database as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, and able to be installed by the Buyer in a ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
