Inventoy & Accounting System(Delivery,purchase & Sales order)

Hi all, Need a skilled developer in C#.NET, with SQL Server 2000,MS Aceess skills. After seeing these softwares, please provide a complete functional proposal, as word attachment, other wise ur bid will be ignored. Budget is limited to 170$, but more will be available after this.
