Order Export Plugin for nopCommerce

We are using the nopCommerce open source shopping cart. We need a plugin or a separate utility to: 1) Send order details, including product SKU and Quantity, to an API (The API is already defined and working). The API takes XML input and returns a status. 2) Retrieve shipping tracking numbers from the API and update the order in nopCommerce. The plugin or utility will need installation instructions so that we can install it in multiple places. There is some flexibility in the requirements. Order details can either be sent in batches, or the details can be delivered in real time when the order is processed and approved.
