Enhancements of an existing web report application

The purpose of the web based application is to display a selection of different reports. It is hosted on a virtual Windows server. The application consist of three databases: tblCustomer: contains all client relevant data tblCustomerCall: contains the list of calls made to customers tblCustomerData: contains all gaming information associated to customers 1. Following enhancements need to be done: Report List Non depositors who are not self excluded: rename into: "clients who have not deposited and are not self excluded Bonus Players Sum: The report should display the totals for each different type of bonuses (first deposit bonus, daily bonus, weekly bonus and monthly bonus) and the overall totals. Bonus Players Itemised: We need the ability to choose the reporting between different type of bonuses (first deposit bonus, daily bonus, weekly bonus and monthly bonus) and a period. Logic for first deposit bonus: before 11th August: bonus = 1.5 x deposit after 11th August: bonus = deposit Logic for daily bonus: before 11th August: not existant after 11th August: bonus = 0.1 x deposit Logic for weekly bonus: before 11th August: bonus = deposit after 11th August: bonus = 0.2 deposit Logic for monthly deposit bonus: before 11th August: bonus = deposit after 11th August: bonus = 0.5 x deposit Based on these criterias, the list of users should be displayed. An extra column, source, should be added. The total of the “Total” columns should be displayed on top of the table. Inactive players: An additional filter needs to be added for Poker. All means that the user has not played in Live, Netent, Poker Extra selection choice need to be added: when choosing as source Netent, have 2 tick boxes: Live and Poker if one or both are ticked, than the according results should be displayed Example: display all players who have not played Netent but Live and not Poker In the display table, add the field Source. Inactive players: Shows the list of players who have played in a defined period but not in the other defined period Add the possibility to restrict the choice to only Netent, Live or Poker Inactive Players who have deposited add source and last deposit date, last HW date, netent or live add filter (?) Biggest loosers: Add Poker to the list box Add Source (Origin) to the table as a column Biggest winners: Add Poker to the list box Add Source (Origin) to the table as a column Customer Data: Add source, last deposit date, last action date, status (self excluded) Telephone numbers are displayed incorrectly Called Players Registration date: just show the date without the time Display all customers called during a given period Add following columns: comment column type of call (email, sms, telephone) last deposit date last play date Show total deposits, total withdrawals, total HW per username for a period, including the overall total for all those usernames Customer List Customer call date: add following fields comment field checkbox marketing email checkbox email checkbox marketing sms checkbox sms checkbox marketing call checkbox call 2.
