Law Firm Listing/Classified Business Listing

The project requires customisation of a piece of code we have purchased (DMX Ready - Classified Listings Manager). The function of this software is to provide details of business listings with direct email to the business, refer to a friend etc. A simple search function exists. The code has been installed as part of our website and can be viewed in operation here: [login to view URL] The end result is a system that works like this one: [login to view URL] The particularities of customisation are as follows: 1. The code will be incorporated into a new design provided by us. 2. Therefore, this system will be an independednt website and not part of the example website above. 3. The search function will be more comprehensive and provide search by town, area of law, post code and law firm name. 4. Featured ads will appear at the top of search results page. A featured listing will appear at the top of the search for that area of law, or can be a featured item listing for that location. 5. A banner system will need to be incorporated (we have viewed Jiros Banners System and would like the same functionality). Banners will feature at the top of the search results pages and on the right of the non-search related pages (design will show). 6. Ad owners can login and view statistics (viewed, contacts) about their listing. Make amendments to details, request upgrade of listing to featured listing, view banners (if active), change banners. The current software does not have this function. 7. Current software works with MS Access - need MSSQL. 8. Admin function is basic at the moment and will need to so that the whole site can administered including (non-lisitng pages). Like CMS. 9. As on [login to view URL], when the users hovers over the summary listing, a larger image appears. 10. The back end will include a full reporting and sales function. This project is very urgent. Our budget is tight, but realistic. Payment will be made through the most secure method, both for us and the developer. Please note, payment terms will be arranged with the winning bidder.
