Browser Compatibility with ASP .NET

Hello, I'm having a ASP .Net application and I'm looking for a freelance ASP .Net developer who is having sound knowledge of Browser Compatibility and liquid layout. The developer should able to fix the existing application and should make it work perfectly in all browsers and devices. We are strictly looking for freelancers only not companies.
