Quick ASP/Dreamweaver Insert Form Mod

I have a very simple one page asp form that inserts a record in a ms access database that was created in Dramweaver the form uses a connection page to connect to a MS Access .mdb file when the asp form loads and the user adds data - the record is inserted and user is redirected to a [login to view URL] page this works fine I have a new one page site template with a form on it the form has the same fields as the insert page I need someone to make the template page work like the insert page dreamweaver created I can send all files - the connection file, ms access .mdb file, the insert form and the new insert form This is a simple job that should take an hour or less - and I have a $25 budget
