Assistance in artwork production using jpeg images

I am seeking a freelancer who can assist me in producing a picture using 5 images that I have designed and which are available in jpeg [login to view URL] project requires the following: Size of picture to be: Approx 60cmx40cm Design: I have a specific design in mind for the picture.I have 5 images in jpeg format (see example images attached). The images are to be reproduced in small font in order many dozens of times in different vibrant colours on a white background to produce a very colourful artwork. The freelancer will need to reproduce each image in up to 7-9 colours and then insert in a specific sequence onto a white background. One of the images will then be superimposed in large font on top of the background. I would estimate approx. 10 iterations to arrive at a final agreed artwork. End result must be capable of being printed in high definition to create a stunning, vibrant, high quality piece of art. Money to be transferred only once artwork is printed. I expect very speedy turnarounds in under 24 hours once I have provided feedback on each iteration. Ideal skills and experience for the job: - proficiency in using jpeg images to create artwork - Experience in art design - Ability to work with specific design requirements but creativity to add value
