Write Down your Funny/Interesting/Bizzare Customer Stories from Waiter/Waitress Perspective

Hey everyone.. I am always amused at the stories my fiance tells me from her working as a waitress regarding weird/hilarious customer interactions. That being said, I want to collect some of the best and funniest waiting stories and make them into a small book to give her. I'm turning to Elance because there are tons of freelancers and I'm sure some of you have amazing stories. What I am hoping to find here are people with great waiting/food working stories who are willing to write them down and sell them to me. These stories don't necessarily have to be only from a waiters/waitresses perspective, but the perspective of anyone in the food industry would be preferred (bartender, food runner, manager, etc.) Ideally, I'd like them to be around 500 words, but they can be shorter or longer depending on the story. I will pay $10 per story, unless the story is much longer/shorter; you can propose a price if your story is a long one. I would be happy to purchase more than one story from individuals who have more to share. If you have a story and would like to write it down, please include a small summary of it in your proposal; I will use the summary to determine whether your story would fit the theme I'm going for. Once your proposal is selected, I would like the job to be completed within 48 hours and sent to me in a word document. Please don't include last names or specific locations of specific establishments in your post. Once the project is completed, I will edit the story for grammar and whatever else I find necessary.
