This integral role entails making phone calls, emailing, and using an online calendar to arrange appointments. Your duties will require: - Setting appointments through various platforms, namely phone calls, emails and an online calendar - Having flexibility and adaptability to deal with multiple types of real estate property The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a knack for organization, and previous experience in appointment setting or real estate would be a substantial advantage. The number of appointments to set per day is not predetermined, thus dependability and a willingness to adapt to varying workload are paramount.
