We are an outdoor recreation company. We have recently switched to a new point of sale system, Lightspeed retail. All participants must complete a liability waiver which collects all imperative information, name, address, birthday, phone and email. The web app that collects this information is called, Checkfront, which offers an open API for information to be exported. Lightspeed retail also has an open integration process by which the checkfront information can be imported. This process needs to be instantaneous. From the time that the customer fills the waiver out on the checkfront website, it needs to be populated into our Lightspeed point of sale within 15 to 30 seconds.
