Membership

I am in desperate need of a program to manage a membership list, along with a mailing list to our members. I would like to be able to sort by any information included in each members info, whether it is county of residence, city, voting district, or anything else. I am currently useing Microsoft Excel and I do not know how to sort. I really just need to simplify everything that I have. Do I need to take an Excel course, or is there anything out there that even I can handle? Someone told me about a program called "My Mail List." ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Windows XP, and would like to print Word documents, which I use.
