Ongoing youtube videos creation

I'm launching a youtube channel about economic events from history. currently, I work with a creator that I found on another website and I'm satisfied with his results but it seems like he just can't handle the scope of work. The scope is producing 2 videos per week, 15 minutes (average) for each video (including revisions). Your role will be creating the video only as I'm making full voiceover, including background sound effects and music, so you get an mp3 file and an instructions doc (which only mention a few points that are important to me, the rest is on your creativity) so you need to create the video based on that. You will get access to [login to view URL] for footage videos. the idea is to combine 25% footage and 75% of your creation (so 15 minutes will require animation production of around 11 minutes). *it will be your responsible to find relevant pictures on google to implement in your videos. My budget for the first 6 months is $2\minute (including revisions) so it will be an average of $30 per video (an average of $ 260 per month). From time to time I might need some extra projects and will obviously pay for any extra request. I also try to bonus a little from time to time but this is not a promise, it depends on you. Important for me to mention that my budget won't get increased in the first 6 months but it will definitely be increased after these months. What do I need from you? 1. High level of English - read, write, speak 2. Ability to work in a team (like following instructions, marking V on google docs tasks, and being responsive) 3. Deadlines - very important that I could trust you and that you reach the deadlines we set together 4. creative 5. interested in economics or history - huge advantage (but not mandatory) 6. youtube experience (not mandatory) 7. fun to work with 8. being a partner - not hesitate to say no if something is wrong. don't be afraid to suggest your own ideas to improve the videos and the channel - we will be together on this 9. independent - know what to do anytime, don't need micro-management Some videos that we already made so you get some sense about the channel: 1.
