one-page website with animations in front of video's

Hi there, Freelancer! An amazing animator finished the animations. Now I need a website which makes these animations in front of 5 video's, so a visitor can swipe to the 5 screens. In front of every screen there is a different character. I have some screenshots and some gifs to get an idea. It's a one-page website, with 5 characters which you can scroll and with a contactpage in the end. What I now need is a website with the same setup as that. I must be able to change or update the video's myself I must be able to change or update the texts myself It needs to function on all platforms including mobile The animations in front of the videos should fit on the screen (as in referrals) Working contactform ..You probably know better which nice adjustments are 'need to', so surprise me! Ps; I have no idea which code should be used to get the best result. So, since you are the developer, please know what you do ;) PS; The video's and animations I already have.
