Write AngularJS Test script

Develop re-useable, update-able script for testing an AngularJS built website, preferably using Protractor and Selenium. The webapp was built on AngularJS 1.3 and [login to view URL] for backend. I would like for you to deliver to me a set of test scripts that I can use and re-run from my end whenever I need to (For example, after I update to Angular 2.0 for my project, I would like to re-run the test scripts you developed in order to quickly check that everything is still working). I'd like to break this into several parts, with the first part being just maybe 20 hours, and I will describe to you want I want, and see what you can deliver in those 20 hours. And if I like it, we will continue with more test scripts.
