Role: Lead UI developer / Lead Frontend developer Experience criteria: 6+ years of relevant experience Skillset requirement: Soft skills: · Strong problem solving skills · Experience working in a globally dispersed scrum team · Demonstrated experience in Agile methodologies · Collaboration and engagement skills · Experience in website delivery · Experience working with Communications and/or Marketing teams and/or Design Agencies · Demonstrated adaptability, goal orientated and innovative individual · A firm grasp of responsive design and mobile application design · Experience in leading a project team Technical experience · In depth knowledge of HTML5 · In depth knowledge of CSS3 (Less, Sass, Stylus is a plus), knowledge of BEM methodology is preferred · Detailed knowledge of JavaScript (ES2015 is a plus), experience in jQuery · Good knowledge of Node.js & npm · Gulp or Grunt experience is a plus · Experience with Atomic design paradigm is a plus · Experience in any JS framework(Angular, React, Vue, etc.,) is preferred · Experience in building UI for AEM is an added advantage.
