Write an app in React Native/Ionic similar to https://github.com/yupog2003/TripDiary

Hi there, I am looking for an app similar to this: [login to view URL] The source code for the Android app: [login to view URL] Instead of being a native app, I would like a cross-platform app with React Native, or use the Ionic Framework with either Angular or React. The home screen of the app should have a Start and History button. It records using geolocation and shows a map (e.g. Google maps plugin) with a pause and stop button. It also has a POI button. POI = Point of Interest, where there is a new screen that has options to take photos, record video, record audio or write a note. These are saved along with the POI in the trip/journey. Each POI should then have a marker on the map, along with the start and finish. In between the markers, a line to show the route taken on the map, according to the GPS or positions in latitude, longitude taken with background geolocation. Each trip can have a name, i.e. save the trip with POI locations (and their saved data, like photo, video, notes, audio) with a label. This goes into the history, so there is a list of completed trips with their names/labels. When the app is opened, there is the choice of starting a new trip, or opening the history and looking at the map with markers and lines, and tapping on POI locations to look at saved information at the POI locations. It needs a simple, clean interface. It should be usable by people with minimal technical expertise (no computer or other skills). Thanks!
