Create a Background application for Android 3.2 or better. It will have 2 functionalities. 1. In a certain period of time, get the Position and send it to a URL. 2. Also in a period of time, consult a URL and return a alert, it could be a message or sound. Those two functianalities will be coexisting in the same app but will have diferent parameters. 1 - Time of consult URL to send the details in JSON format 2- Time of consult URL to get the alert in JSON format Message to display and the sound to play from 1to5 sound predefined. It should run in background.
