I'm a job recruiter needing help advertising very legitimate job offers around the country. Someone experienced in getting ads up on Craigslist and keeping them there, re-posting as necessary to keep them on the 1st page of the listings. I plan to start small with a dozen or so ads to juggle and keep "live" on various sites (only the free cities for now) and increase volume as the response grows. The idea is to pay per ad at first, then switch to per response when that surpasses per ad (or some sort of bonus arrangement if preferred). We supply the ad copy and listing titles, you suggest any changes to avoid flagging/ghosting/etc. All responses will go directly to us so you don't get buried in resumes. You will need to supply any IP addresses, PVAs or other technical necessities (I've never been asked for a PVA on a job ad). I can make good money for placing good job candidates, so you can expect a lucrative long-term position if you can keep the responses flowing in. Fair enough?
