Most recently I have been providing accounting and taxation services for small and start-up companies as well as self-employed individuals. I am fully conversant with U.K legal, fiscal, and taxation requirements. I understand you require assistance with filing annual accounts and an Annual Return at Companies House and submitting a Corporation Tax return to HMRC. A U.K limited company must file an Annual Return with Companies House no later than 28 days from the anniversary of the date of incorporation. This must be accompanied by a GBP13 filing fee. A U.K. limited company must file statutory accounts with Companies House no later than 21 months from the date of incorporation for the first accounting period, and no later than 9 months from the end of the accounting period for each subsequent period, U.K. limited company must submit a Corporation Tax return (CT600) to HMRC online and this is normally due 12 months from the end of each accounting period. While preparing this proposal, I understand, or have assumed: - the Companies House WebFiling 'authentication code' is available - the company is registered for online filing with HMRC and is enrolled for the 'Corporation Tax' service - there are no complicating matters Should any of the above be incorrect or should anything be unclear, please let me know.
