Design & Develop a splitsies use app for first phase iPhone/iPad second phase Android

Develop an app that is used between users for splitsies. The users are defined by the app main user (admin) where they will allocate a budget for an event (lets say daily lunch). The App should include the option of calculating trips expenses. The app should have the following: 1-Create a user name and password in order to store the data of the user (if you have better proposal let me know). 2-The app should keep the user logged-in in the event of closing the app. 3-By creating username, other users can be added/invited in any event by main user and they can see the current status of budget & expenses. Moreover, add an option (on/off) for any change it should notify the event members. 4-The changed shall be only by the main user/admin (the one who created the event) or the main user/admin can grant any member the ability to modify anything in the event. 5-Events can be added by tapping on +. 6-The app should have provision to mention expenses/budgets by users name in the event. 7-The event should have info of event members and event admin indication with date & time created and time line. 8-The app should have all currencies. 9-The app should have expense analysis page. 10-The app should have the option of selecting languages (Arabic and English). 11-The app should have cool and attractive design 12-Admob ads ( banner+ interstitial ) should be integrated. 13-We would like also facebook sdk to track the numbers of installs we get from fb ads campaign 14-It should have the ability to share our app via social network medias 15- Add the ( about ) button to explain the role of the app and how it functions Note: We do not have design so the developer who will provide everything UI/App/Server please check out this example to understand more the idea: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] If the app design is satisfactory in the first phase (IOS iPhone/iPad) then continue the second phase ( Android).
