Window Software for communicating with one android app from HTTP server -- 2

I have a third party android application which has some form in it. I manually enter data in that forms to complete my work. Now data is huge and its very hard to enter it manually in forms. So, I am looking for automatic solution for filling that forms with desired data via window software. So, I need that window software which can do that in following way: Here is step by step detail that I want: 1. I will send data from my server to window software running on my pc on my broadband ip like this: [login to view URL]:8080/id=xx&data1=xxx&data2=xx&so on... where [login to view URL] is assumed public ip of my broadband. Now we assume data is received by window software successfully. 2. Now software will run android application within it and push that data in forms and submit form automatically without manual clicks. Here we assume data is successfully submitted in android app. 3. Now we will collect response of submitted form. window software will collect response from andoroid application and send back to my server using post method or get method like this: [login to view URL] on... Note: I don't have source code of android application but I can show you all forms of android application with example data that need to enter. If you have already done such type of project then show me any demo. If not then you can convenience me with example how you can do that.
