I want a software to upload to proposals to crowdspring.com. Developer should know about , about how uploading works in crowdspring. The software should have some way of accepting the input of project url. The trigger should be the update of the file which is located on the desktop. Whenever this file is overwritten, it should trigger the upload that file to the project url. Everything should run in the background.
