Web Site Update

I have an existing web site that was done about a year ago. I want to add social media links to my web site- Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. Also, want to add a share feature which allows a visitor to "share information" with a friend. ie. a visitor reads some of my content and wants his friend to see it so he clicks a button and the friend gets the information. Need to make the web site accessible on the "back end" so my SEO consultant can do his work- meta tags, links, etc. So they can do their work to get the site ranked. 2. All the pages of the site need to have social shareability- google plus, facebook, twitter, etc. etc 3. Home Page- need to add an asterisk and disclaimer 4. Meta tags on all pages 5. All images must have one or all the following- image alternate text, image description and captions. 6. Access to the web sites back office so my SEO provider can make necessary changes from time to time. Must be user friendly like a microsoft word product 7. Fix issue with blog- when you press it there is an error. 8. Add a button and page to have them fill out information and it send me an email- drop down menu- says buyer or seller, they add there name and phone number and email- send me an email so i will contact them. 9. Change logo color from black to white
