Connecting VPN to Mobile Operators SMSCs. Need multilayer security (Cisco/Netscreen etc) to be installed and configured. Need a programmer, must have SMPP programming skills, to integrate SMS gateway. Back end of site still underconsideration and there may be opportunity to develop the database system (MySQL) and front end web page aswell.
