Remove BadBot and RegBot from Windows 2003 server

I need someone to find and remove viruses/bots from my server. I am running a Windows 2003 server, with IIS6, PHP, MySQL, and SQL Server. Currently my server is infected with some type of virus/bot that is attacking other websites/servers. You can see the report that has been generated about the attacks here: [login to view URL] I have already removed everything that I can find. I have installed antvirus and perform scans regularly. I originally traced the problem back to a Word Press install, which has been removed now, but the attacks are continuing. I have changed all passwords, installed all updates for Windows, updated MySQL server, run various scans including Spy Hunter, Outcast, Malwarebytes, Exterminate It, and a few others that I can't think of right now. From what I can see, my server is not infected with any virus. I completed all these scans/updates on the 15th of August and now 7 days later on the 22nd, the attacks have started again.
