To add a product to the shopping cart basket when the user presses on add link, for that called a JavaScript function to addCookie. Then I forced a postback to reload the basket items by calling the JavaScript function __doPostBack. First I added a new product to the cookie, Then set the cookies expiry time and retrieve the values of the cookie named "ShoppingCart", Then maximize the basket size in case it was minimized by the user. Next force the post back to reload the basket items after adding product and retrieve the basket cookie values. Then all products are added into the basket. To Checkout from the shopping cart with PayPal payment needs to add a PayPal Checkout button that invokes the SetExpressCheckout method of the PayPal API after it is clicked. SetExpressCheckout will return a 20 char token that will uniquely identify your transaction. After that PayPal will redirect the user to the URL specified with RETURNURL when a client called SetExpressCheckout. When RETURNURL is hit, need to invoke the GetExpressCheckoutDetails method and see the details of the actual transaction; verify that everything is in order. ShoppingCart class exposes the method to get the previous orders which customers can view all. That is GetCartItems class which retrieves a list of CartItems for display or processing and GetCart class which uses the GetCartId method through this Id the user can enable to preview their order.
