I'm looking for a talented web designer with SEO skills to setup a new HTML (Not WordPress) landing page for my service, Condo Ally. You can see the current landing page here: [login to view URL] I am going to buy a pre-built template from some place like ThemeForest, MojoThemes, or OnePageLove. Basically, I'd like somone to copy my text and images into it the new theme, and tweak it so it serves fast and scores well. You can build the landing page in isolation from the current code base, I'll handle replacing the current landing page when you're done. Here are two competitors that I think have great landing pages; [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I'm sure you already know this, but It needs a clear call to action, have an easy to follow flow, be responsive, and provide helpful information without being text heavy. All copy, images, and testimonials are ready for you to copy and paste, I don't think you'll need to write anything. If I'm wrong, I'll write whatever you need, but would appreciate someone that knows how instruct me to write it in an SEO friendly manner. I'd like it to score >90 on Google PageSpeed mobile speed, mobile experience and desktop speed. I also want it to score an A (>90) on YSlow. The current landing page is 99 on all factors except 97 on mobile experience. I'm fine removing JS libraries from whatever theme you pick and reducing flashy features if it improves the load speed and reduces memory usage. I can help you optimize the site if this proves tricky. Also, I will handle the server side optimization (caching, CDN, etc.) For SEO, I'd like to score high for: condo association website free condo website condo website That's just what I've been going with.
