2 PSD/PNG to HTML/CSS - including responsive design

Hi all, happy new year and thanks for bidding on this project. The project is about converting 2 PNG / PSD pages into working HTML and CSS. I´ll will be providing the PSD files to the developer once the initial bidding phase is done. When doing the project is important to bear in mind that I might need to change some styles etc., so comments both in html and the stylesheet is appreciated. Mainpage : The mainpage consist of a standard header with textbuttons which Ill change at a later time. Theres a map on the page, which is not gonna be a part of the job atm. Important items : 1. The map can just be an image, but the google mapointer with info in it, needs to be styled as a button. Notice the 2px border around the map. All the info in the mappointer needs to be done, with links, styling etc. The mapinfopointer needs to be made in such way, that it can be used on a real google map. 2. The searchmenu below the map needs to be made as seen on the screenshots, with styled input fields, checkbox and font in the inputboxes. 3. The orange searchbutton needs to be made as seen on the mockup, and should change to a lighter orange once the user hovers the mouse over it. 4. The date, artist, concert, km bar needs to be done as seen on the mockup, with the icons and triangles. 5. The icon used is from [login to view URL] which is icons that can scale to mobile, ipad responsive designs. 6. The buttons in grey and blue below the blue date, time bar etc - will have to be styled buttons, not tablerows. 7. The footer is selfexplanatory 8. In general all things on the png/psd frontpage needs to be converted to HTLM and CSS - just not the map, which can be an image with a border around it. 9. Everything needs to be made responsive as seen on the responsive design. 10. The CSS and styles should be placed in 1 stylesheet, with comments for each style, so I can change colors etc at a later time. 11. The fonts used is atm helvetica and arial, but If you can use google font arimo and make it look good, it will be better. 12. In general the two pages should work as responsive on all mobile devices and tablets. ******************************************* Subpage: The subpage consistst of the same image and top as the mainpage, but looks more like an article. 1. The button in the middle should be a bit lighter blue when hovering the mouse over it. 2. The footer is the same as on the frontpage. ******************************************* Responsive design : I made 2 PNG files to show how the responsive design should behave. The responsive design should fit all known devices and browsers. Milestone payment will be done when the frontpage is done and working reponsive.
