Need a re-design of my website

We are looking for an overhaul of the following website: [login to view URL] What I am looking for is someone to collaborate with in terms of brand and design, style and graphics. We are looking for the site to be simple but user friendly and look very professional. I do not want to look at the website and it is clear that someone used Eliminator WordPress drag and drop tool, it needs to look sleek and vibrant. Our subject matter is very dry and the industry seems to be dominated by older companies with very old school methods. I would like the website to be the hub of all our future plans, with the ability to redirect all information and communications to it. We are planning to begin email marketing campaigns, digital marketing and partner referral programs. We need a site with clear CTAs and the ability to track every movement through the site. What we are looking for is someone to work with us on the design based on our company's brand strategy and then someone who can bring the design to life. Based on the graphic design and flow of the site, we would like someone who could help us with creating possible dedicated landing pages for specific marketing campaigns and also this could extend to helping us design marketing email imagery for the specific campaigns we intend to run.
