Front-End Web Page Design (based on existing design)

I need 2 web pages professionally designed, and I am looking for a freelancer / agency to work on a long-term basis. We will need you to be technically competent and strong in visual web page design. You must be comfortable working from an existing code base. We have a current website designed in HTML and CSS. We need to build 2 more pages using HTML and CSS. These 2 pages have to follow a design from another website. Essentially, we want to model after their web page design but make it unique to ours. The 2 web pages we want to model after are: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] (For the second link, take note of how the drop-down works and the internal anchor links, as well as the structure of the content). Essentially we need you to model the main page elements and make it unique to our website, and use our header, our footer, etc. But the main website content should be almost exactly the same in terms of function (but different in design, suited to our existing website). I will need you to use the same CSS, styles, fonts, colors as our existing website. For this project, you will need to come up with the 4 mock-ups first then send it to me in JPG or PNG for these 2 pages. 2 mockups will be for desktop, 2 mockups will be for mobile (i.e. one page will have 2 versions -- desktop and mobile. You don't have to build the mobile but you should have a preview of how the page will look like in mobile). IMPORTANT: THE PAGES HAVE TO BE MOBILE RESPONSIVE. (The links I shared above are not mobile responsive. You will have to design it mobile responsive version, especially for the second version.) Once I approve the mock-ups, you will then proceed to build the 2 pages from our existing code base. Our existing code base will be PHP files (don't worry, all the code inside is all HTML and CSS, but the file is saved as PHP), so you will need a local host/server to run it. This is the first of many projects we have, and our budget for the project is US$60. If you do a good job, you will get more higher budget projects subsequently. We need the mockups done within 24 hours and the entire project done within 48 hours. If you finish the project on time, we will reward you with a 25% bonus.
