Design a homepage for our company website

We are an IoT company that designs and sells remote cellular devices, with embedded sensors, for use in urban and rural environments, including sewers, drains, bins, roads, and gates. We have an existing website ([login to view URL]), but we currently don't have a home page - the landing page takes you directly to one of our products. We're looking to create a home page showing a street scene, possibly from above, on which we can superimpose our 5 main devices. No device will be seen closeup in the image, but each device will be identified by a name-tag/label. Clicking on a particular device should then take you through to the relevant device page (we can provide the linking). A fairly static page, as described, is our initial thought, but we'd be open to suggestions to make it more dynamic, such as a full, closeup image of the device appearing when you hover of it. We have good internal capability in building the website from a functional side, but we're looking for someone with good graphic design skills to create an attractive and engaging homepage. I haven't managed to find the perfect image for the home page, but have attached a few of examples of the types of image that might be suitable. The image should not be too zoomed out, and should be attractive without being distracting (e.g. no pyramid or waterfall in the background). We sell to both rural and urban local authorities, so something that could be from a small or large town would be ideal (ideally no skyscrapers). Our main market is the UK, so a street scene in the UK would be perfect, but this isn't absolutely necessary (if it's an image from the US for example, we could mirror the image, so any cars are driving on the left). It doesn't matter whether or not there are vehicles in the image. The image needs to incorporate 3 elements, which are the environments for our 5 main products: 1) a bin similar to this one ([login to view URL]), but needn't be identical 2) a park gate 3) a street - onto this we can superimpose a road temperature sensor (effectively a small black circle), a sewer cover and a drain cover. In an ideal world the image would already include the sewer cover and the drain cover. The products themselves are as follows: 1) Sewer Alarm - sits beneath the sewer cover so won't be directly visible in the image. The label should just point to the sewer cover 2) Smart Grid - looks v similar to a road drain, but is our own design, embedded with our sensors. We can either use our grid, our if it's not obvious in the image, we can just use any normal road drain. 3) Road Temperature Sensor - embedded in the road, so will just look like a small black circle in the road. Unless the image is fairly close up, any black circle would probably do 4) Bin sensor - sits inside the bin, so won't be visible in the image. The label should just point top the top of the bin 5) Gate sensor - this is a small black box that is attached to the gate. We may not need to actually show this in the image - the label could just point to the gate. If we decide to do a dynamic image that shows a closeup of the devices when you hover over them, I can provide those closeup images.
