Business partner for development B2B platform

Dear, I have an innovative idea with a large international market potential. For this I'm looking for the most suited business partner to help me with the technical implementation of my idea. In short, my idea is to set up a B2B platform where contractors can offer their services and clients can find their preferred contractor via peer reviews. A very important aspect of the platform is that in the search function the contractors are ranked according to the peer reviews. All (international) payments must be performed through the platform. In addition, all communication between the clients and contractors must be able to be done via the platform. For the technical implementation of my idea, I'm looking for an enthusiastic and driven business partner who can help with the development of the platform/website. My proposition is that I'm handling the sales/marketing and my business partner takes care of the development and maintenance of the platform/website. All profit is shared 50/50.
