I need spreadsheets put onto and and internet web page which will pick up a user ID and display the users profit and loss statement within the business. This needs to be on an internal network, the back end which feeds the numbers will be a static table with dimensions as required to pull out numbers. It will also need to be able to print to pdf.

There is a better way to do this and that's by implementing a database connected via LAN. I can build you one using MS Access and I promise you that it's more beneficial when using a spreadsheet.
