Need a designer who has good concept in EventManagement site

We need one Index page mock-up for a Event Management site by EOD. Tabs on the home page: 1. About us 2. Photo Gallery 3. Clients 4. Our Portfolio (recent work) 5. Contact Us- this should also feature feedback & career 6. We would also like a testimonial section on the homepage- this could just be a running section which need not be interactive Some sample sites & the features we liked: 1. [login to view URL] • We like the way services has been segmented since this is how we have it categorized in our credentials 4. [login to view URL] • We like the creativity of the page & how the name has been incorporated in the entire design 5. [login to view URL] • Just to show this is also on a black background, but its interesting because of the textured background
