Setup and Integrate Joomla AEC Membership Mgmt Tool

I am looking for an experience Joomla developer to help me organize my membership site to work effectively with AEC membership management tool. You ABSOLUTELY MUST be able to integrate AEC with PayPal Website Payments Pro to enable me to process credit cards ON MY SITE. You must be able to set it up so that recurring payments works properly. You will be responsible for testing to make sure everything works. You must have solid experience integrating AEC membership sites I need you to help me set up my pages so that the tool works most effective and is organized. I need you to setup multiple memberships plans, including a trial membership. AEC is already installed and integrated into my website. I just need help with Paypal integration and advice on how to organize my pages and restrictions / access.
