Google AdSense website designer and programmer (Wordpress)

Hi, I am looking for a website designer / Ad Sense expert who can create an Ad Sense optimized site by word press in a niche that will generate at least $5-$10 per day on average. The Niche / ideas will be supplied with access to specific content that can be used in the site. No gambling, adult or pharmacy. No illegal activities or non-compliant Ad Sense content. I will supply both the hosting and the domain. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BIDS, if you are not capable to deliver this task in full detail, then please DO NOT BID! No bots, automated or traffic buying/trading sites or paid services, NO Black Hat - Do not use any illegal methods to drive traffic generate clicks on website. - No pharmacy, violence, gambling, adult related content as dictated by AdSense rules - Site must generate income for the long term with $5-$10 usd minimum 1yrs + - All copyrights will be assigned to me in writing - Must contain related images to niche topic - Design must be neat and optimized to attract people to click on the ads (I will supply wordpress theme) - Welcome to add any related other income generating products as long as it doesn't distract from AdSense ads. Income from AdSense should be minimum $5-$10 - Must Be AdSense optimized - Have Google Analytics plugin installed and linked to the Google Analytics account I will pay the amount of bid only AFTER I see constant income in my AdSense account for 1 month.
