Ongoing OScommerce Project Improvement Phase 3 - repost

Our website has been in constant development. We are now coming to Phase 3. The website is [login to view URL] it is OSCOMMERCE. We need the following changes done. 1) Front end page design implementation ( we have already the design, needs to be implemented ) We will give you an image of how the new website will look like and you will cut it and design it. Also you will do USER PAGE Design and PRODUCT PAGE design. WE HAVE THE DESIGNS you need to implement. 2) 25 (twenty five)Email Templates has to be all done We need to design professional Email templates for all user notifications like(signup, payment made, forgot password etc) 3) Manage HP Banners/New promo We want customized home page banners and can be managed through admin panel like (we upload image, Price and Link for different banners. If some one click on any particular banner it will take him to given page) 5) Chat implementation module. We need customized Chat module. We can make chat feature online in Working hours and can do chat if any user try to reach us. In off hours if some one try to chat with us we will take his name, email, phone and message. At the we will show him message we will contact you ASAP. 6) Newsletter we need a design for newsletters that we can use in both [login to view URL] 7)blogging we have to create blogging module 8) latest orders display - for example (John bought this product, michael bought this product ) 9) games Rating- users who view a product can give it a rating if they are logged on. 10) Ads presentation - How to APPLY Send us a link with your best OSCOMMERCE work. we will evalate and come back to you. How we wil pay We will escrew 60% of the amount. Then for every day delay we will deduct 15 USD from the 40%. When you apply you need to make sure you give ACCURATE DELIVERY DATE. We will deduct payments. Once the website is live live we will release the payment. WE WILL NOT PAY ANYTHING BEFORE YOU ARE DONE. After testing and checking with you we will give you 3 days to fix the issues. Then we will pay the balance after any deduction made due to your delay.
