Customization of Website (cs cart knowledge is mandatory)- part 1

We have our website based on CS Cart Multivendor version 4 [login to view URL] We want our website design layout to be changed as per the jpg attached. the re designing of home page and ALL inner pages has to be done. we want some customization in functionality of the cs cart 1. we want auto recommendation of the item being watched or searched by the visitors ( if you look into the add on available such add on are available at 9$) you can use such add on 2. we want One Day Sale add on ( but it has to be re named as clearance sale) 3. in vendor application form . we want two column, one column showing the benefits of being a vendor and other column has the form. the form would have addtional two features than the existing fields (i) PAYOUT METHODS; CHEQUE : legal name, pan no, id proof, kyc form, shipping address ( where we would send the cheque) PAYPAL: verified paypal account email address. It would be mandatory to have verified paypal account to apply for vendor if u choose payout method as paypal. Id proof, pan no. address proof WIRE TRANSFER: ( ECS, WIRE TRANSFER, NEFT): Legal name, Pan NO. Id Proof, bank name, bank account no, ifsc code, kyc form
