BigCommerce fully responsive design implementation

Hey everyone, I'm looking for a programmer who can implement my Mockups on my BigCommerce shop. Requirement: + You write clean code with comments + You give a time estimate which you can actually keep. If you can't stay in the time-frame, you have to agree that we'll reduce the price 5% for each additional day. + You are capable of solving hard problems + You know how to implement fully responsive design With the mockup, I borrowed some things from amazon. This means, it really isn't easy. I already tried to find freelancers for this job, and the one I awarded failed miserably. So, make sure you take a considerable amount of time to look at my requirements. Note: I'm not a programmer, so I don't know if there are limitations on bigcommerce which will make my design not possible. If so, I'd like to tell me, so we can find another solution. However, I'd highly appreciate if it would work like I want it. Don't care much about the price right now, just tell me why you're capable of doing the job. People who convince me will get the exact details. From then on, we can discuss the pricing and timeframe. I really need this done professionally! Be sure that if you can finish the job, I'll hire you continuously to improve on my shop. There are many things I want to implement for better user experience, and I need someone who is capable of solving hard problems!
