Developer needed to fix our hacked WordPress website

Our website got hacked over a year ago, and we hired a programmer on Upwork to remove the viruses and take some additional measures to help prevent it from happening again. He installed scripts that we control, which allow us to make necessary updates (plugins, WP upgrades, etc.) and then lock down the site when we're done. That seemed to work for awhile, but every so often we suspect the issue is still there. Recently, our Google Ads were removed due to “malicious software,” which has confirmed the problem still persists. A Google rep sent us a few external web pages that our site apparently redirects to, which is what triggered the removal of our ads. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR An experienced website developer who is familiar with WordPress and website security, who can fix this issue once and for all, along with addressing a few other quirks involving our contact forms and the most recent WordPress update breaking a portion of our site.
