Every day, I need someone to text people from Zillow. You can easily set up an email from Zillow that will text you daily contacts for these for sale by owner properties. You will need to log the data on a google sheet. I have an app you will text through called Sideline. You will never need to respond, only send the initial texts. If they respond, I will handle the job. The number of emails varies by the day but it is usually around 5. This job should take no more than 5-10 minutes per day. It needs to be done every day of the week. I don't mind if you miss a day as long as you catch up the next day. I'm putting hourly down in the payment but I will pay $1/ contact and I will pay weekly. Should be somewhere around $25/ week.
