Reliable Personal Assistant Needed

I would like to hire a very reliable and dedicated personal assistant who can help me in my work as well as personal tasks. The Kind of tasks includes - 1. Preparing documents and presentations - I work with remote teams, it's very important to create a lot of documents and presentation. I would call up and tell what is needed and expect to receive a clear document and if I have to give a talk then a presentation with the same content. It is important that assistants understand clearly the objective to be achieved and create a document in an understandable way. 2. Making bookings - Hotels, flight, train etc., as per request 3. Scheduling meetings - Talk to invite list to find out suitable time and host a meeting 4. Meeting minutes - Attend meetings and capture the meeting minutes and action items 5. Maintain my task list and remind me about those and follow up to complete 6. Take the task delegation - I will be telling - send an email to this person asking for this and that etc., or ping someone else and ask or tell to do something etc., 7. Email Delegation - Keep track of my emails and remind for any action needed or ask me what to respond and respond. What kind of person I am looking for 1. Someone who is very dedicated 2. Someone who enjoys working as an assistant and to complete the tasks with great interest 3. Preferably experience or qualification in communication or mass communication area.
