POSITION: All-around Super VA RESPONSIBILITIES: As the all-around VA, your primary responsibility is to seamlessly handle the day-to-day operations, relieving the founder to focus on strategic initiatives. Initially, you'll be hands-on with tasks and later build and lead a team. - Working in our fast-paced environment, your role includes: - Checking and confirming client requirements into estimates and internal jobs. - Collaborating with the team and clients using platforms like Slack, [login to view URL], email, and video communication. - Enhancing existing SOPs for improved efficiency and service. - Managing administrative work, research, customer service, scheduling, report writing, and proactively assisting with tasks. YOUR ROLE IS CRUCIAL IN HELPING OUR COMPANY AND CLIENTS ACHIEVE THEIR GOALS. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: We're seeking someone with: - Excellent written and spoken English (C1 level or above). - Proficiency in WordPress, Slack, [login to view URL], Google Docs, and Sheets. - Familiarity with AI tools like Chat GPT, showcasing competency in creating quality prompts. - Fast, accurate, and efficient work ethic. - Strong communication skills, ability to ask the right questions, and understand tasks without extensive explanations. - Capable of recording videos for client and team explanations. - Experience in handling sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality. - Previous experience in a WordPress support/development agency. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Manage day-to-day input from clients and team output. - Provide general administrative support and conduct necessary research. - Deliver excellent customer service to clients. - Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and write detailed reports. - Ensure adherence to company processes, and suggest improvements. - Proactively identify tasks and take the initiative to accomplish them. - Complete WordPress tasks TIME COMMITMENT: This is a full-time position (approximately 5 working hours per day) in the CET timezone.
