Engagement deliverables.
We will be engaging a professional partner through a monthly retainer fee, to deliver professional quality video editing every week for at least 6 months. For each weekly video project, our internal team will provide the following assets, from which vendor will work collaboratively with us to iterate and deliver finished videos:
Script - see sample script - [login to view URL]
Project assets - placeholder assets (stock footage graphics, images, UI footage, voice overs, music, etc)
Example/model of comparable finished product/deliverable - [login to view URL]
After Effects project and folders for comparable project (as per link above), that can be used as template/model
Process requirements.
Please provide a proposal/bid only if you can commit to all of the following requirements:
Acknowledge and deliver requests and changes every 24 hours for at least 6 months
Iterate daily and deliver of most updated render/draft at least every 24 hours
Deliver at least one 45-second to 90-second video every week (of likeness to example above), for at least 6 months
Strong english communication - verbal and written
Willing and able to speak over [Removed by Freelancer.com Admin for offsiting - please see Section 13 of our Terms and Conditions], daily if need be - only during pre-agreed hours (to respect time-zones)
Willing and able to start within 1 week or less
Accepted vendors/freelancers will be given 3 chances/strikes to uphold or exceed the above requirements and deliverables. If you fail to deliver/meet requirements once, you’ll have 2 more chances/strikes, until we have to hire someone else. Likewise, if you can deliver more, better, faster, then you’ll be given more work and paid better.
