The subject is money laundering. The scene is a man using a garbage compactor to compress garbage bags full of money into neat stacks, which are piled on a wide table. The stacks grow and come alive and move horizontally along a video timeline of scenes showing what laundered money buys: paintings, cargo ships, estates, etc.
